Designed for weddings that have already been planned by the couple. The coordinator’s role is to execute and manage the agreed plan and schedule to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Includes:

A friendly, no‑obligation intro meeting
8-10 hours of event coordination and assistance.
Time may be distributed between pre-wedding briefing and plan check, questions and wedding day coordination.
Basic coordination of venue setup
Coordination of Vendors arrivals, deliveries, set up, pack down (if applies)
Manage event timing and run sheet, support MC on duties
Final rehearsal coordination
Contingency support (weather, timing, etc.)

Price from $1,600 depending on hours and location.
